What is your credit score? Your credit score matters, a lot, especially when it comes time to qualify for a loan. And how much money do you have set aside for a down payment? The down payment can be the difference maker between Renting vs Buying. The amount of money you put down determines your monthly payment, your interest rate, if you need PMI private mortgage insurance, and so much more.
